Refund policy

At TZIAH JONES, each piece is created with intention and purpose. Because of the nature of our garments, All sales are final.

We do, however, offer exchanges for eligible items. 

If you need to request an exchange, or have a discrepancy please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for the request. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
